A $20 per person deposit will guarantee your Isla Contoy / Isla Mujeres / reef snorkeling combo tour reservations. Secure payments are made via Paypal to Isla Contoy Tours or Turbulence Music Corp., depending on our billing department. The remainder is due on the day of the tour, paid in cash directly to the Isla Contoy Tours operator during check-in at the marina. If you prefer to pay with a credit card in advance, you will have the opportunity to let us know during reservation deposit booking (below). After your date is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details, remainder due, and credit card payment invoice via Paypal if requested at check-out within 24 hours of making your reservation. You may request a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour if not satisfied. If your email confirmation does not arrive, please check your email junk/spam filter.

Due to our Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres combo tour being in high demand as it rates among the best things to do in Cancun, rescheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of inclement weather, guests can choose to reschedule with guaranteed priority seating on their preferred date or receive a full refund of the deposit paid via Paypal. All deposit refunds will be returned via Paypal - the form in which reservations are made via this website - within 72 hours after we receive your request via email.
